Question 1

What is VELA?

Accepted Answer

VELA is a private real estate collaboration network. Agents and agencies use it to share properties, buyer requirements and documents with the professionals they choose — structured, private and controlled.

Question 2

Who is VELA for?

Accepted Answer

Real estate agents, agencies, buyer agents, listing agents, luxury real estate professionals and international professionals collaborating across markets.

Question 3

What problem does VELA solve?

Accepted Answer

Real estate collaboration is still fragmented across WhatsApp, email, PDFs and files. Properties, buyer requirements and documents get buried in chats and opportunities get lost. VELA brings them into one private, structured place.

Question 4

How is VELA different from WhatsApp?

Accepted Answer

WhatsApp is where conversations happen. VELA is where collaboration happens: properties, buyer requirements and documents stay structured and connected to the right professionals. You can still share a professional summary to WhatsApp in one tap.

Question 5

Is VELA a property portal?

Accepted Answer

No. VELA is not a public portal or marketplace. It is a private collaboration network: you decide who can see each property, request and document.

Question 6

Is VELA a CRM?

Accepted Answer

No. VELA is not a traditional CRM. It is designed specifically for collaboration between professionals — sharing properties, buyer requirements and documents with controlled permissions.

Question 7

Can agencies share property documents?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each agency can add the PDFs and documents it needs and share them with the professionals it chooses, with explicit permissions.

Question 8

Can agents share buyer requirements?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Buyer requirements are structured and can be shared with selected professionals — without exposing private client data.

Question 9

Can agents share requests to WhatsApp?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can share a professional summary of a request from VELA directly to your WhatsApp groups and contacts — no copy-pasting, no re-writing.

Question 10

Can agencies personalise property PDFs?

Accepted Answer

Yes. When a property allows it, you can add your agency's contact details to its PDF instantly — without asking the listing agency for a new document.

Question 11

Can property documents be sent directly to clients?

Accepted Answer

Yes. When available for a property, you can prepare and send the property PDF to your client directly from VELA.
